Sales Development Analyst
Location: Chicago USA
The Sales Development Analyst works with the sales and service team to analyze, identify and drive current and future sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
- Identify and pursue areas to increase sales, market share, and generate new business through a consultative sales approach
- Analyze and plan assortment to support category proposal and business development plan
- Develop new business opportunities by creating strategic sales / promotional ideas
- Analyzing POS results and trends to drive at once sales
- Partner with the sales and account teams to develop regional and promotional opportunities based on market share data, trends, and the market's competitive landscape
- Build and maintain great working relationships with the Account teams and all functional areas within Wilson
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years' experience in sales, research/analysis, buying/ replenishment, marketing, or customer service in a consumer products organization

- Proven ability to identify and generate recommendations through strategic and actionable analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Advanced to intermediate level knowledge in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- 15% travel is required
