Wilson Congratulates Notre Dame On An Undefeated Season

It's with great pride that Wilson congratulates the Notre Dame football team and Coach Kelly on their remarkable 12-0 season. With a thrilling defeat over the University of Southern California in November, the Irish completed a perfect regular season for the first time since 1988. The legendary teams of Knute Rockne, the Four Horsmen and Paul Hornung are now joined with a collection of new heroes. Coach Brian Kelly, Heisman Trophy hopeful Manti Te'o, and a stout defense that's ranked #6 in the nation lead the Fighting Irish football team who are gearing up to compete for the BCS National Championship. Notre Dame has made history, as they are the first team to play in the BCS Championship after starting the season unranked.

The Fighting Irish successfully battled through every game this season with a fully customized, Wilson GST football. Meticulously developed with patented ACL Laces, sewn-on composite stripes and WE Horween Leather, only the GST football provides the game changing technology demanded by Notre Dame. It's been 24 years since the Fighting Irish won a national title, and as they head to the BCS championship game in Miami, Wilson wishes Notre Dame nation and Coach Kelly the best of luck.
