La star dell'European Tour Paul Lawrie ha siglato un accordo pluriennale con Wilson Staff. Paul continuerà ad utilizzare i ferri Wilsoon Staff , la borsa Pro Tour ed il cappello brandizzato promuovendo il brand durante i tornei, in tutto il mondo.

"Wilson Staff clubs have been central to me playing the best golf of my career and so I'm delighted to be able to commit to the brand once again," ha dichiarato Lawrie, vincitore nel 1999 dell'Open Championship con Wilson Staff. Dopo un breve cambio di brand, il campione scozzese è tornato da 3 anni ad utilizzare Wilson Staff: "Wilson Golf has won more Majors than any other brand and I would love to add another Major title to the list using my FG Tour irons - by far the best set of irons in terms of feel and performance that I've played."
