Drill #3: Around The World

Serving zones in beach volleyball is a tough skill to master, but if you can control your serving selection, you will definitely have the upper hand in any volleyball match. Getting extra reps with zone serving is fun with this “Around the World” drill.

Rules: Practice serving each ball to the different markers in each zone. See if you can get the ball to nail the target right on the head. The more you practice this drill, the easier serving zones will become.

Once you get the hang of this drill, turn it into a race! Time each other and see who can make it around the world quickest.
