A2K and A2000 1799 ball gloves are engineered for stability in the outfield with a 12.75” reach and sturdy dual post web. This outfield glove model is best suited for adult ball players.

“The A2000 1799 is wider in the heel,” Aso said. That wider heel and hand opening creates a larger fit and a more stable base.”

Introduced in late 2022, the A2K and A2000 1810 ball glove model is designed for improved control in the outfield. This 12.75” glove model includes a single Post & Double Bar Web, and its modified wrist opening is engineered to be worn with two fingers in the pinky stall. This model includes a reshaped wrist strap and adjusted finger stalls to secure the ball.

“It offers more stability to the pinky side,” Aso said. “The shape of the wrist strap is designed to hold the back of a player’s hand better. The back pinky bends toward the player’s hand, so it holds snug without feeling too tight.”

OT7

The A2K and A2000 OT7 – an outfield glove with a 6-Finger Pro Laced Web – features welting at the base of the web to create a deeper pocket. Its laced web offers flexibility, making it easier to close.

“You can get around the ball at the very end of the glove with a web like this,” Smith said. “I love it because I love the way the ball feels when it comes in. It feels like I’ve got control.”

PF92 and KP92

The A2000 PF92, an outfield glove with Pedroia Fit Technology, is best suited for young outfielders with smaller hands. With a narrow wrist opening, shallower finger stalls and a shorter 12.25” reach, the A2000 PF92 is an ideal outfield glove model for players looking to dedicate more focus to the position.

“It gives a younger player a true outfield model that they can control,” Smith said. “With the Pedroia Fit and the 12.25” size it’s not too long, but it still offers extra length for the outfield.”

The A2000 PF92 is inspired by the A2K and A2000 KP92 - the glove used by outfielder Kirby Puckett. Both outfield glove models feature a Pro Laced T-Web with a reinforced bar to trap the ball, even at full extension. Puckett’s 12.5” version is available for customization as an A2K or A2000.

MB50

The A2K MB50, designed with player insights from superstar outfielder Mookie Betts, checks in at 12.5” to offer more control than larger 12.75” gloves. Betts, who began his professional career as an infielder, worked with Aso to fine-tune the MB50 model with a narrower heel for a more secure fit.

“I just feel like I handle a little better,” Mookie said. “I’m so used to using a little glove, you know, being in the infield and everything.”

Aso designed the A2000 1806 outfield glove model with advice from award-winning outfielder David Peralta. The 12.75” glove model utilizes a Single Post & Double Bar Web to channel the ball toward the pocket.

“I like the way it looks,” Peralta said. “It’s simple. If it feels good and it looks good, you’ve got to find a way to play with it.”
