And not just anyone, someone who is of a similar skill level and ability. If you’re not a member of a tennis club or team, finding a hitting partner or a coach can be a tricky business.

Enter Play Your Court, a mobile app and virtual tennis community designed to do just that: connect tennis players with one another in real life so that they can play more and improve their game. “The #1 reason people quit tennis is because they don’t have someone to play with,” explains co-founder Scott Baxter. “Our goal is to grow tennis by making it easier to get practice, matches and lessons on your local courts.”
