Geoff Watts is Chief People and Culture Officer for Wilson Sporting Goods and leads the Wilson’s global HR function. Before joining Wilson, Watts spent nine years with Amer Sports, including two years based in Shanghai while leading HR for Amer Sports in the Asia and Pacific regions.

Prior to joining Wilson, Watts spent his early career at Johnson & Johnson. Watts earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph in Ontario and splits his time between Chicago and Vancouver. In his free time, Watts is an avid runner and cyclist.
