Remember that participation in the Employee Purchase Program is a privilege. Abuse will result in permanent removal from the Employee Purchase Program and may lead to additional disciplinary action.

TERMS OF USE

• Participation in the Employee Purchase Program is limited to team members of Amer Sports companies who are based the United States.
• The Employee Purchase Program is for employee use only, meaning you can make purchases for you and your immediate family members. “Immediate family members” are defined as parents, in-laws, spouses, significant others, domestic partners, children, step-children, and siblings.
• Products obtained through the Employee Purchase Program may not be resold under any circumstance.
• Your Employee Purchase Program pricing is considered strictly confidential. These prices are for internal use only. Please do not discuss, copy, distribute, or share discount and/or pricing information with anyone outside of the company.
• Product and category limitations may apply. Annual spending limit is $8,000 across the Wilson brand websites. The limits are based on a rolling year from the date your account was created.
• For purchases made through the Wilson family of brands websites:
  • Your discount will be displayed on each product on the site after signing into the website.
  • Free Shipping is not applicable for employee orders. Shipping options are defined during checkout.
• For in-store purchases:
  • Your discount will be displayed for each product at the register.
  • Be discreet about the discount. Mentioning that you are a Wilson team member at the register is sufficient. Do not discuss the discount in the store, within earshot of customers.
  • If a sales associate approaches you at the store, please notify the associate that you are an Amer Sports employee so they can be of assistance, but also not “sell” to you.
  • Please try to avoid visiting stores during peak times (ie, Saturday afternoons).
• All sales are final; no returns or exchanges.
• Current warranty policies will apply to all purchases.
