Sponsor: Wilson Sporting Goods Co., a Delaware corporation, with a principal office at 130 East Randolph Street, Suite 600, Chicago, Illinois 60601, United States of America (“Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to permanent, legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, and are already attending the Final Four events and visiting the Wilson booth. Employees of Wilson Sporting Goods Co., and any of their respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of the Contest or production or distribution of Contest materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

3. Timing: The Contest begins on 9:00:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on April 3, 2025, and ends at 6:59:59 p.m. CST on April 7, 2025 or until prizes run out, whichever comes first (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter: To enter the Contest, entrants must visit the Wilson booth at the 2025 Men’s Final Four experience, scanning a QR code, and complete an entry form and guess how many total points entrant think will be scored during the entire March Madness tournament. The only valid way to enter the Contest is by completing a form and guess. Incomplete or inaccurate forms and guesses are void. Follow the instructions to complete the Contest form or guess, including submitting your name, email address, and other required information.

THERE IS NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO WIN A PRIZE.

Entries including any obscene, foul, defamatory, or inappropriate language, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day per the Promotional Period. All terms and conditions of Wilson apply. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or logins, or through any other methods, may void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. The use of any automated system to enter the Contest is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Potential Winners may be required to show proof of identity.

5. Winner Determination: The winner will be determined using the following process: At the conclusion of the Entry Period, Wilson will identify the Entry that either has the correct guess or is the closest without going over.

The entrants submitting the Entry that has the correct or closest guess will be deemed the potential winners. In the event of a tie, Wilson will select the winner at random. IF NO ENTRIES ARE POSTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, NO WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AND NO PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.

The Sponsor and its agents reserve the right at its sole discretion not to consider, and to exclude or disqualify any entry that they deem to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Selection, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of or inappropriate with these terms and conditions.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Selection and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Selections entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Selections or won using fraudulent means. The Sponsor will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.

The date of the selection will be on or about March 7th 2025. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined.

6.Prize Winner Requirements: After the Selection, Sponsor will send notice to the email account used to enter the Selection, notifying the potential winner that they have been selected. The potential winner will be required to provide their email address and other contact information as may be required by Sponsor within three (3) business days after the time stamp of Sponsors’ social media notification. Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential Prize Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”), which must be received by Sponsor within three (3) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim a Prize. If a potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or Prize is returned as undeliverable, potential Prize Winner forfeits the Prize. In the event that a potential Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award any given prize to an alternate entrant based on the next highest points received, even if the disqualified Potential Winner’s name or design may have been publicly announced. If after three (3) attempts a Prize Winner is not confirmed, the Prize will remain un-awarded. Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute and signify Prize Winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use Prize Winner’s name, city, state, likeness, design and/or prize information in connection with the Contest, worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

7.Prizes:

Up to One (1) Prize per Person – Winners shall receive (1) custom Evo NXT basketball (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150), and one (1) limited edition Final Four Game Ball (ARV: $200). ARV of the Total Prize: $350. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded.

The following applies to the Prizes: Except as specifically provided herein, the Prizes do not include taxes, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Prize Winner may be issued an IRS 1099 form. The Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions of prize will be made. If a Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of the Prize.

General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in these Official Rules or the advertising and promotion of the Contest; any kind of electronic, hardware, software or technical problems caused by Sponsor, the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the design processing; any human error which may occur in the processing of the design or the selection of the Prize Winning design, or which may limit any entrant’s ability to participate in this process.

In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond their control including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, or other public health crisis (e.g., COVID-19), earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or extend the Contest and may select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

Each entrant will not knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Contest and/or prevent others from participating in the process. 6) PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: The Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or other prize substitution except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion if featured Prize item become unavailable. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes on the Prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for Prize Winner. ARV is as of the time these Official Rules were printed and the value of the Prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded.

7) DRAWING: One (1) potential Prize Winner will be selected at random from a drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing date will be on or about 11:00:00 AM CT on February 17, 2025. The prize will ship in June of 2025. The winner is responsible for following up should there be a change in winner’s shipping address between February and June.
