2024-2025 A1000® 1620 12.5” Fastpitch Softball First Base Mitt.
A 12.5” first base mitt with soft, game-ready Full Grain leather for easy break-in.
Overview
Anchor the infield at first base with A1000® 1620, a 12.5” first base mitt with supple yet sturdy Full Grain leather ready to take the field fast. With its 12.5” reach and single break point design, the A1000 1620 is easier to handle on low throws in the dirt or hot shots down the line. Handcrafted in Wilson’s A2000 factory with Full Grain leather for a fast break-in process, the A1000 1620 forms to a player’s hand over time for improved comfort on the infield.
Technology
Flat Finger Binding
Flat Finger Binding gives players who prefer to play with a finger outside the glove greater comfort and control in the field. By reducing the amount of space between your finger and the back of the glove, you’ll experience less pain when making plays
DriLex Wrist Lining
Keeps your hand dry and comfortable on the field and behind the dish
Bold Logos
Bold logos strip away the distractions, allowing outlined, eye-catching Wilson logos to announce a new era in the iconic story of Wilson Ball Gloves.
Drawstring Closure
Adjustable rawhide laces extending from the wrist closure to allow for easy adjustments on the move.
Full Grain Leather
Game ready from day one, Full Grain Leather offers a soft feel that forms to the player’s hand without a meticulous break-in process. Leather in every A1000® ball glove is formed with the outermost layer of the hide to display its natural grain and texture.
Made in Wilson Pro Stock® Factory
Handcrafted in the same Wilson factory that produces the Pro Stock® A2000® ball gloves, the newest A1000® ball gloves are formed with close attention to detail.
