2025 Love the Moment™ A2000 1612SS 12” Baseball First Base Mitt
A 12” baseball first base mitt designed in collaboration with Autism Speaks featuring gradient SuperSnakeSkin™.
Overview
Play with a purpose on the infield with the 2025 Love the Moment™ A2000® 1612SS, a 12” first base mitt designed with Dougie Bedinger, a high school baseball player with autism. Bedinger designed his A2000 1612SS with a smaller 12” reach optimized for easy maneuverability around the bag. This inaugural Love the Moment™ first base mitt features a Single Post Web to pick low throws, and Autism Speaks Gradient SuperSnakeSkin™ features a colorful array of pinks and blues. The Autism Speaks Blue Pro Stock® leather palm is stamped with exclusive Love the Moment branding to share a message of inclusion for people with autism.
All Love the Moment products proudly integrate Autism Speaks Blue and feature the Love the Moment™ branding developed by Wilson and Autism Speaks. Wilson will donate 10% of the purchase price of this product to Autism Speaks with a minimum donation of $150,000 each year in support Autism Speaks’ mission, which is to create an inclusive world for all individuals with autism throughout their lifespan.
Technology
Pro Stock® Leather
Pro Stock® Leather is preferred for its rugged durability and unmatched feel
SuperSnakeSkin™
SuperSnakeSkin™ is a microfiber material that’s half the weight of Pro Stock Leather, but twice as durable - in an all-new textured design. Its moisture-resistance extends the longevity of the glove, and is easier to clean than traditional leather.
Comfort Pro™ Fit
Featuring our ProLux™ Leather, the liner of the redesigned A2000 has a richer, softer feel against your hand. The all-new Comfort Sleeve is the finishing touch, concealing the binding in the wrist for more comfort than ever before.
Flat Finger Binding
Flat Finger Binding gives players who prefer to play with a finger outside the glove greater comfort and control in the field. By reducing the amount of space between your finger and the back of the glove, you’ll experience less pain when making plays
DriLex Wrist Lining
Keeps your hand dry and comfortable on the field and behind the dish
Bold Logos
Bold logos strip away the distractions, allowing outlined, eye-catching Wilson logos to announce a new era in the iconic story of Wilson Ball Gloves.
